When you arrive at work, park by the guardhouse near the entrance and clock in first (the time clock is here... there is only this one).
Otherwise, after driving inside, you have to walk back out to clock in, which wastes a lot of time and makes you late again!!...

1. The production equipment is very old and has not been updated for many years, indirectly affecting product quality.
2. Salaries are not high: bachelor’s degree holders start at NT$33,000–35,000, and master’s degree holders at NT$38,000–40,000. Salaries are adjusted only about once every three years.
3. The year-end bonus is not guaranteed and averages only a little over one month’s salary.
4. Although the restaurant is inexpensive, the environment is not very good; you have to eat while chasing away flies.
5. The dormitory is cheap, but the environment is not very good. If you live outside the county or city, renting a place elsewhere is recommended.
6. The office uses a completely open-plan layout, with no personal privacy at all.
7. The work environment is very old. Overall, it is quite similar to an old military barracks. If you are accustomed to military life, you can adapt immediately.
8. Computers cannot access the external internet unless approval has been obtained.
9. Senior management has no intention of addressing the problem of outdated production equipment because they believe it is sufficient as long as the quality matches the price.
The company divides positions into A and B categories. During interviews at the Xinfeng plant, the HR department explains the job responsibilities quite clearly.
The salary for A positions is stable, but there is not much opportunity to increase earnings through overtime. Normal working hours are 08:00–16:30, allowing you to avoid rush-hour traffic.
The base salary for B positions is low, but with shift scheduling, the total compensation is fairly good (higher than for A positions, though the working hours are also longer). The working environment for B positions depends greatly on the unit; if it is a production line, you may need to adapt to the conditions.
The factory environment is the main issue; otherwise, it is fairly good.

The interview content differs from the actual job duties. If you're going for an interview, make sure to ask in detail about the job responsibilities—it was a complete waste of time.
