2. Since there is a manpower shortage, those who are willing to learn can gain quite a bit of knowledge about tires.
3. The first meal of the day is free.
4. Free parking for cars and motorcycles.
5. The dormitory only costs NT$50 per month.
6. Free daily shuttle buses between Taipei and Xinfeng.
1. The production equipment is very old and has not been updated for many years, indirectly affecting product quality.
2. Salaries are not high: bachelor’s degree holders start at NT$33,000–35,000, and master’s degree holders at NT$38,000–40,000. Salaries are adjusted only about once every three years.
3. The year-end bonus is not guaranteed and averages only a little over one month’s salary.
4. Although the restaurant is inexpensive, the environment is not very good; you have to eat while chasing away flies.
5. The dormitory is cheap, but the environment is not very good. If you live outside the county or city, renting a place elsewhere is recommended.
6. The office uses a completely open-plan layout, with no personal privacy at all.
