1. New employees are assigned a mentor. I happened to be assigned someone from e-commerce, and they were the worst mentor I've ever encountered. 3. They don't explain everything at once. After you spend several days organizing the products on the platform, they tell you there are still things that need to be changed, meaning you have to do the whole thing all over again!
4. They require you to write a work diary. If you write too little, they make sarcastic remarks: "Do you only do these few things all day? What are you doing the rest of the time? ^ ^ What did the company hire you for?"
5. There is a taboo in this department: "You can't be idle." You have to keep finding work to do so you can stay very, very busy~ (This is what the e-commerce sales supervisor and mentor said.)
6. There is no clocking in or out; it's a responsibility-based system. The scheduled hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sales supervisor says, "Don't think I'm not watching." Most other colleagues also arrive at 9:30 and nothing happens. After observing for a week, I found that the sales supervisor almost never arrives at the company until around 9:20! They demand that subordinates do things they can't do themselves, and still tell you that this is "basic."
7. One day, I discovered that my personal information had been posted on the public drive. Interview materials (including your salary) are all put on the public drive for everyone to see and use as a reference!
