This company is a family business with poor management that arbitrarily lays off employees. As a result, when there is a shortage of production operators, indirect personnel are ordered to support the production line—even procurement staff, software engineers, and document management specialists all have to help with wire cutting, wire stripping, soldering, …, and they may have to do it for several months at a time.
Some employees were also forced to work in SMD. After developing anxiety due to the noise, they did not want to go back, but were still forced to do so; those who refused had their pay deducted. This is extremely reprehensible.
An employee was hospitalized with cancer and was on the verge of death, yet the company still told colleagues to go to the hospital to hand over work and ask for passwords. Extremely cold-blooded.
Workplace bullying is the norm. Because there are so few people at the company and nothing to talk about, employees gossip about others.
It lets you have mooncakes even when you’re busy at work.
The production-line section manager would ask all production-line employees to put down whatever work they were doing and come to her desk to collect mooncakes.
To distribute mooncakes, she caused the entire production line to stop.
This happened twice.
That shows just how poor this company’s standards are—letting unprofessional people become managers.
The fact that it hasn’t gone under despite being so poorly managed is already an advantage.
There’s no cold water in the water dispenser, the area nearby is boring, and there isn’t much to eat.
The three holiday bonuses are only 0.2 and 0.3 months’ salary; the NT$500 birthday voucher and NT$300 Dragon Boat Festival voucher are both very stingy.
The year-end bonus is just a little over one month’s salary.
The colleagues are all quite old; most of them ended up here only because other companies didn’t want them.
There’s also a section manager, Z, who relies on the vice president’s protection and throws his weight around, bullying people everywhere. He doesn’t take assistant managers, managers, or associate vice presidents seriously. Despite being reported many times, he still won’t be fired.
They also placed a very noisy label printer in the office, making everyone anxious and annoyed. The administration department doesn’t deal with it either. Having a vice president protecting him really makes a difference—he acts like an underground emperor.

New employees receive no training whatsoever. Within three months, you are expected to be thrown into the field to meet clients, while also memorizing all the products.
But there are so many products that it is simply impossible to become familiar with all of them within three months! When you cannot recite them, the assistant manager will constantly pressure you and even verbally insult you~
The computer equipment that should be provided is not provided. Forget about a laptop—even a basic desktop computer is not provided. It is hard to understand just how much they intend to exploit their employees.
Unless you are financially well-off, you must prepare your own laptop and car in advance.
This is my personal account after working there for five years. Those considering joining should think carefully; it is absolutely not the “happy company” portrayed by outsiders.
