Read the community guidelinesThe company environment is clean.
They asked me to fill out forms but didn’t even provide a pen. That aside,
they also sent the wrong date for the scheduled interview, which was extremely careless.
The HR director and another employee who conducted the interview had very poor attitudes. I originally thought that the HR staff at a company making baby and toddler products would be lively and friendly.
However, no matter what question you asked, they would say, “That question doesn’t seem to be related to the job we’re interviewing for today, does it?” I found this extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.
They also gave people side-eye, which was very rude.
Good work environment
There are too many inefficient processes, resulting in constant rework and wasted time
Yet we are still expected to meet deadlines
One person handles orders without an assistant = negotiating prices - following up on orders - shipping
No overtime pay, and it is difficult to apply for compensatory leave
Once you join, you have to be highly self-reliant and get up to speed immediately

Ah, talking to myself—guess what new look I changed into in Zhen Huan
Legend?
Many palace-intrigue dramas have people scheming against each other and lip-syncing,
but it’s only like this

The front-desk staff are friendly, and employees get 40% off meals.
If you do interface design, don't join—it's a shithole/pseudo-vacancy.
They won't give you any resources. There is no team, the computer keeps getting delayed, and there is no front-end developer. Management has a poor attitude and doesn't respect people; they're very good at stabbing you in the back with a smile.
They don't know what they want, and don't expect to be able to actively persuade them,
because they genuinely don't care and are extremely unresponsive to optimization.
Oh, and most importantly, they buy an off-the-shelf template and demand that you make major changes to it; if it can't be changed, it's your problem.
And they tell you that they think interface designers throughout Taiwan are all doing roughly the same thing. (Back-office assistant)
It's all true. If you still want to apply after reading this, I admire you from the bottom of my heart.
The environment is bright and clean
The security guards and front desk staff are very nice
The interviewer had a condescending attitude during the interview
Some of the questions asked were not very relevant to the job skills
After the interview ended, they simply turned around and walked away
Definitely a point deduction
Salary is paid on time, and the benefits are average! Suitable for those without great ambitions.
Very bureaucratic—a company run like a civil service, where long-time employees still think they are the number-one brand, even though it loses money year after year.
The long-time employees are all trying to siphon money from the company, or else just thinking about how to coast until retirement.
There are not many benefits. The company is not making money, and the boss is not worried either—the boss is not even in Taiwan.
There are problems everywhere.
1. The receptionist was very friendly
2. The company has an employee cafeteria on the first floor
1. During the interview, the interviewer kept scrolling on their phone
2. They were either scrolling on their phone or looking at their phone
3. The interview felt like they were just going through the motions to finish quickly
