Pros
Good work environment
Cons
There are too many inefficient processes, resulting in constant rework and wasted time
Yet we are still expected to meet deadlines
One person handles orders without an assistant = negotiating prices - following up on orders - shipping
No overtime pay, and it is difficult to apply for compensatory leave
Once you join, you have to be highly self-reliant and get up to speed immediately
