If you get hired, quickly look for another job~~~~
Leave at any time.
(The company recruits short-term workers under the guise of long-term employment.) Apart from the manufacturing department, the company mainly employs foreign workers and vocational high school students in cooperative education programs. If you are looking to earn money from a short-term, 2–3 month job, I do not recommend it either. At the company, there is a 10-minute break after every 4 hours of work.
Whether administrative staff, supervisors, or employees, everyone is paid minimum wage.
A team leader with more than 10 years of experience earns 26,500 + a 6,000 allowance.
A supervisor with the title for more than 15 years earns 36K.
(Short-term) No bonuses. The three seasonal festivals come with gift vouchers, but you cannot even receive them.
Summary: Sweatshop labor~
Compared with the on-site departments, public holidays are days off.
If you are interviewing with the HR department, as long as the HR manager is still Xu xx, I recommend canceling the interview. Trying it casually will only waste your time. Don’t think you can easily outdo her—she is unlikely to retire anytime soon. The HR department is often completely wiped out and disliked by the on-site teams in various departments. I recommend not stepping into this trap lightly.

The HR interviewer showed no professionalism whatsoever. Hai-Pa Wang isn’t really that large of a company—does it need to be so conceited? The salary offered was low, the interviewer was impatient when asking questions, and they neither introduced the company nor explained the benefits. They tried to cut the salary by belittling others. Can a company like this make progress? Even experience was described as no experience. If a company brings every employee in at low pay, what expectations can you really have for its own salaries?
The interviewer was very sincere, and the explanation of the position was very clear.
The salary is not high, and the job responsibilities are mixed and unclear.
