(The company recruits short-term workers under the guise of long-term employment.) Apart from the manufacturing department, the company mainly employs foreign workers and vocational high school students in cooperative education programs. If you are looking to earn money from a short-term, 2–3 month job, I do not recommend it either. At the company, there is a 10-minute break after every 4 hours of work.

Whether administrative staff, supervisors, or employees, everyone is paid minimum wage.

A team leader with more than 10 years of experience earns 26,500 + a 6,000 allowance.

A supervisor with the title for more than 15 years earns 36K.

(Short-term) No bonuses. The three seasonal festivals come with gift vouchers, but you cannot even receive them.
