Employees and colleagues are generally easy to get along with
A family-owned business where the chairwoman holds considerable power. Even projects related to fire safety equipment can be repeatedly delayed. The fire sprinkler system in the warehouse storing chemicals has been rusty and neglected for a long time; they would rather pay fines than spend money on improvements. The overall quality of the employees is mostly poor, and the extensive use of foreign workers leads to gaps in communication and execution for many tasks. They like to use large numbers of Excel spreadsheets, but the data accuracy is low, and there are many meaningless spreadsheets. ERP system management is inadequate, communication across departments is not smooth, and unexpected situations often occur without prior notice. Despite being a chemical plant, the salary is not high. Fresh graduates can come here to gain experience and will become highly capable after moving on, but people who have worked at standardized, systematized companies should consider carefully.
