Cons
1. Many supervisors are incompetent and allow subordinates to bully others
2. The training is extremely poor. Basically, they trick you into joining and then leave you to fend for yourself, while still expecting you to contribute your experience.
3. Gossip is rampant behind the scenes, along with all kinds of nonsense
4. Workplace PUA is an everyday occurrence
