Does it feel like HR is rather careless when recruiting and arranging interviews? They called to schedule an interview for a certain position, but after being told that I was not suitable, they quickly called again to ask whether I would interview for a different position in another department. The reason was simply that the interview room had already been booked and it would be a pity not to use it?
After the actual interview, I felt that the supervisor was not difficult to get along with, and they also said they would arrange a follow-up interview. I did indeed later receive an email inviting me to a second interview, but a few days later I received a rejection thank-you letter from the same supervisor. It was truly very confusing.
There is often afternoon tea, it develops patience and perseverance, improves handicraft skills, raises environmental awareness, and greatly enhances EQ and IQ.
It is a responsibility-based system, and in most cases overtime pay cannot be claimed. There are many restrictions on the stationery you can request for purchase. The salary is lower than the industry average, salary increases are small and infrequent, and the system is an antique from the dawn of civilization. Old, entrenched employees bring along younger entrenched employees to pass the buck. The scope of work covers everything under the sun.
The most frightening thing is probably the turnover rate. I have only been here for a little over a year, and more than half of the people at the company have already changed.
The only good thing about this company is that there are no good things.
The claims system is very difficult to use, and the division of authority between sales and claims is unclear.
Sales managers review claims cases.
The pay is not high either. If you want to coast until retirement, welcome to this company.
A large company with a comprehensive benefits system.
The interview process involves several rounds. The HR representative was very blunt when discussing personality traits, giving the impression that only their own views were correct.
After waiting for a long time, it ultimately felt as though they had already planned to hire inexpensive part-time workers.
If you're interested in wasting your time, you can give it a try.
Some entry-level employees in certain departments of the company's internal office staff receive almost no salary increases. If you are not seeking a high salary and simply want to leave work at 5:30 p.m., it may be worth considering. Usually, by 6 p.m., half of the office staff have already left. If you are looking for better career development, there are other better options. This company is more suitable for people preparing for retirement.
The salary is really low compared to others in the industry.
