I spoke with HR, the department manager, and the head of HR for nearly four hours. When I asked what the salary would be, they said it wouldn’t differ too much from my expected salary. I felt that was too vague, so I specifically asked whether the difference would be more than 2,000, and they said it wouldn’t. Yet when HR notified me that I had been hired, the salary offered was actually 4,000 lower. They completely wasted my time, and then even asked me, “Aren’t you coming?” I was completely dumbfounded...

Looking for slaves, I guess
HR scheduled a whole bunch of people, and in the end everyone was crammed together for interviews
You can tell the work environment isn't very good
The managers who came to conduct the interviews even got the professional terminology wrong
Ridiculous

I worked there for a while and eventually escaped...
1. In my first month, I was forced to work overtime—not just for an hour or two, but four or five hours at a time. Of course, there was no overtime pay. (It depends on the department, but I may just have been especially unlucky.)
2. I knew someone from HR who had resigned. Don’t blame HR for hastily recruiting people: HR staff worked until nine or ten every night, were understaffed, had to meet performance targets to earn their bonuses, and had to deal with daily complaints and labor inspections. How could they not recruit people carelessly?
3. Since joining the company, I have never received a performance bonus. Whenever I asked senior colleagues, the gist of their response was, “How is that possible? Maybe you’re not obedient enough. Keep working harder.”
4. Strongly not recommended unless you have no other way to make a living. The company is extremely stingy and completely unlike a listed company. Employees have to pay for office supplies themselves. The salary actually received was 4,000 less than what was originally agreed upon. It was the least transparent compensation I have encountered since entering the workforce. Company events are always bare-bones; it is obvious that the company completely disregards employee benefits. Not to mention the run-down office—the company’s profits all go into the new plant. Ha ha.
5. The company atmosphere is very oppressive and harmful to your health, so consider carefully.
Can't think of anything good about it.
1. New employees must work for at least three full days before they can receive their wages. The company does not provide uniforms or work shoes. If you work fewer than three full days, you must wash and return them to Human Resources. If you complete three full days, you will be charged for the uniform and work shoes. New employees do not receive performance bonuses during their first three months; they only become eligible after completing three months. If you leave before completing three months, you will be charged for the uniform and work shoes.
2. Four-person dormitory room: 1,400 (including water fees), excluding electricity. Two-person room: 2,800 (including water fees), excluding electricity.
3. The pay is very low. There are a lot of freeloaders who get to collect performance bonuses comfortably. The harder-working employees are penalized more the more work they do.
4. Supervisors arbitrarily take away performance bonuses and issue warnings or disciplinary demerits. For serious offenses, all performance bonuses for three months are forfeited, and the year-end bonus may also be deducted.
5. The company uses all the money it earns to build factory buildings instead of giving it to employees.
6. The atmosphere at work is just average.
7. The turnover rate is extremely high.
8. Remember to complete the resignation procedures. If you do not, they will send you a certified legal letter telling you to come and complete them.
9. It is unclear how overtime pay is calculated. Human Resources does not disclose much information about it....
10. While you are working, many people watch you and observe how you work and perform tasks. If you do something incorrectly, they will report it to your supervisor.
11. If you take sick leave, you must see a doctor at a company-designated hospital. A receipt from a regular small clinic is invalid for sick leave. If you do not go to a designated hospital, it will automatically be treated as personal leave.
HR is unprofessional. Their approach to recruiting for understaffed positions is indiscriminate, and the salary level also fails to meet standard industry expectations.
