Read the community guidelinesThe HR representative and department manager were polite.
The company reception and interview were both very punctual.
Although it is a traditional industry company, its corporate culture seems much more open-minded. Many small details during the interview made this apparent.
You can sense that the department manager and the company are willing to reform and keep up with the times rather than cling to old ways.
The salary offered was fairly reasonable.
I think it is a company worth considering for a staff position.
There really weren't any.
If I had to nitpick,
I would say that the company's products lack the momentum for explosive growth, so it may not be suitable for people with ambitious career plans.
Flexible working hours, a free coffee machine is available in the office, and the training program also provides an online course app for convenient learning. Overall, the company provides employee training, has a relatively high level of internal digitalization, and uses an electronic approval system to greatly improve work efficiency.
The open-plan office also means that some seats are cold year-round due to the air conditioning.
The environment is okay.
As a sales representative, the year-end bonus is guaranteed at one month’s salary, and is generally 2–4 months’ salary. Ninety percent of fuel expenses are reimbursed based on actual costs. The bonus consists of 60% individual performance, 30% company KPIs, and 10% overall company operations. The bonus is capped at 20% of the base salary. If performance targets are not met, there is also a system under which the bonus can be reduced to zero. Bonuses are paid quarterly. Sales staff provide one-stop service, so there seems to be quite a lot of paperwork.

The supervisor and HR don’t seem very serious about wanting to hire you.
It feels like they only brought you in to meet their recruitment targets.
There’s also a ton of information to fill out,
and you’re required to leave your colleagues’ details and information about your previous jobs.
They show very little regard for job applicants’ privacy.

The supervisor clearly had no intention of seriously interviewing or evaluating me, and was only being extremely picky. It was quite a waste of my time to make the trip.
