The tasks are simple and easy to understand, and easier to do than expected
Cons
The molding machines are noisy and produce a lot of dust; the production line is hot and dirty; the packaging work is repetitive manual labor.

I do not recommend that science students come here—the declining traditional manufacturing industry is a waste of life
