Pros
The tasks are simple and easy to understand, and easier to do than expected
Cons
The molding machines are noisy and produce a lot of dust; the production line is hot and dirty; the packaging work is repetitive manual labor.
Three-shift technicians: 4 days off per month, 22–29K
Regular day-shift quality assurance staff/researchers
4 days off per month, 28K
I do not recommend that science students come here—the declining traditional manufacturing industry is a waste of life
