There are a bunch of old-timers who are completely unwilling to hand over their work. Every one of them is extremely servile. You work at the company until 10 p.m. and still can't finish, then have to take the work home. The older employees even tell you that they work until the early hours of the morning. You have to find time to work on your own days off. Overall turnover is extremely high, and career development is not recommended.

1. That building is really strange. It’s next to the Minquan Bridge and only five or six stories tall, so it feels very unstable and transient.

Many job openings are fake. The interviewer keeps probing candidates from the same industry about confidential information from their current jobs, even though this has absolutely nothing to do with the position being recruited for.
Since the position has been open for more than a year, and I found that friends or colleagues in the same industry have had the same experience, applicants should be careful.
Interviewed for a systems development engineer position; there are about 15 months of annual compensation (year-end bonus + performance bonus + profit sharing), and it feels suitable for settling down.
The location is somewhat remote, the technology is relatively conservative, and there are many long-tenured employees with more than a dozen years of experience.
