Read the community guidelinesAs a salesperson here:
When business is good, everyone’s performance is decent, the work is easy, and you occasionally complain about the gross margins of new customers.
When business is bad, everyone’s performance is terrible. You complain every day, write reports every day, and explain where you went, what you did, and what customers asked.
When business is good, you get scolded casually; when business is bad, you run around everywhere and still get scolded. The chairman’s idea is that you come to work in sales for a little over 30,000 dollars, applying for a sales position in New Taipei City. Then the regions are merged—New Taipei City plus Taipei City—but you are still doing sales, so you still only get a little over 30,000. Their lofty philosophy is probably something even a person begging on the street couldn’t learn. If a beggar extended their begging hours and went to more locations, they might even get more. Here, you simply get a heavier workload while still earning only 30,000. After working for several years, you are still in sales—congratulations! So it’s still 30,000.
Suitable for living a stable life and enjoying a comfortable retirement.
The salary is very low. Even in profitable years, annual raises may only be NT$90–500. The salary is calculated using an inflated base-salary formula, and both raises and year-end bonuses are calculated based on the base salary. If you prefer a laid-back job, it is very suitable.
