Pros

The basic benefits are pretty good. Employees receive bonuses twice a year. Unless they make a very serious mistake, the company will not lay them off. It is a place where people without dreams for the future can settle down and retire.

Cons

1. A government-owned company with the overall atmosphere of a state-owned enterprise; it does not like change. Change = looking for trouble.

2. There is a serious workplace violence problem, yet no proper channels for reporting or responding. The prevention measures exist only on paper, with no substantive action or assistance.

2. Employees in the Administration Department enjoy scheming against each other and disparaging colleagues behind their backs, and they gossip everywhere. The Administration Department manager bullies grassroots employees they do not like, spreads rumors and smears them, and even considers themself a champion of justice.

Pros

An affiliated company of a state-owned enterprise; the year-end bonus is pretty good

Cons

1. I was taken to the wrong place, making it seem as though it was the interviewee's fault.

2. HR even told the interviewee to print out and bring their own résumé. They checked the applicant's educational background before the interview had even started—is this some kind of indentured servitude?

3. They said they would notify applicants whether or not they were hired, but a month passed with no conclusion and no word whatsoever.

4. To get into this company, you probably need very strong connections. It seems more suitable for coasting toward retirement.
