Read the community guidelinesSounds good, looks good
The production department does not offer compensatory leave, and the benefits are very poor. The plant manager prevents people from participating in company benefits and activities. Everyone with experience is in the production department, while the R&D staff have virtually no experience (now departed).
The environment looks good.
The company is in a great location, with places to eat right across the street.
I interviewed for the warehouse management department.
The interviewer’s attitude was terrible.
They kept interrupting me and spoke as if they were interrogating me.
When asked how much salary I was looking for, I gave the range listed on the job site.
I was even asked, “What makes you think you’re worth this salary?”
Is 28,000–35,000 really that high? What a joke.
Terrible beyond words
The interviewer fell asleep
The interview was unprofessional, flippant, and disrespectful to the candidate
No experience, only able to recite from textbooks
Unprofessional; if you have no sincerity, don't invite people to an interview
Terrible beyond words, a bunch of awful people conducting the interview,
The HR staff were very courteous
HR is very courteous. For the past two years, the employee trip has been overseas, and meals are free. The annual salary is reportedly equivalent to 15 months’ pay. Salary adjustments are based on performance and shipment volume, and can range from 1% to 5%. The company slogans are everywhere, apparently trying to create an image of a happy workplace (take it with a grain of salt).
1. There were many people on the day of the interview, resulting in an excessively long wait and a lot of wasted time. It is recommended that the number of interviewees be controlled and that interview dates be staggered. The tests consisted of an intelligence test, a professional skills test, and a personality test.
2. The supervisor prefers candidates with relevant machinery experience; otherwise, previous experience is not recognized. Engineers start at around NT$32,000, the company’s new-hire rate, with only an additional NT$1,000–2,000 after the probationary period.
3. There is overtime every day, including entire holidays. Some people even come to the company in the early morning to rush work. You basically exchange overtime for pay, and it is exhausting. Those who value their quality of life should not consider this company.
4. The salary and benefits are not very good. The benefits are just empty promises; offering higher salaries would be more practical. Employee turnover is fairly high.
5. You have to compete for parking spaces outside for cars and motorcycles.
It seems to be a fairly active company, with many additional activities. The trips are also at an international level. After working for one year, there is no fee required. There are company-provided meals. It is a company that continues to develop, with annual salary adjustments of 3%–5% (supposedly).
The salary and benefits are average. The manager seems fairly tough; you need to perform well and make significant contributions to the company to receive a better salary adjustment.
