It's no different from a family business.

The workload is insanely heavy—you do the work of three people, but the pay isn't any higher.

The company's catered meals change every year. They're only normal for the first few months after the change; afterward, they tell you that you're not allowed to take a normal portion.

The administration doesn't care either, and you even have to pay out of pocket to make up the meal costs.

More people leave than are hired to replace them.

The people who come in each month are different.

The managers all need to be treated with kid gloves.

They're very difficult to please, and emotional blackmail is par for the course.

I am still an employee at Jiabang...... But when I first joined the company, working overtime for the first 1 to 3 months was normal, and the salary was enough to make a living. After I had been with the company for half a year, my name disappeared entirely from the overtime schedule for the whole month! There were only 15 working days in total, but I didn't think much of it..... Maybe things would get better next month! After the schedule was updated the following month, I still wasn't scheduled for any overtime for the entire month....... Why did the company choose the name “Jiabang”!? Doesn't it sound like an “overtime” company.........? The boss chose such a great name! To be honest, as long as you work diligently, take overtime shifts, and do a good job maintaining the company's quality and productivity, being able to join this company named “Jiabang Overtime” would be a good choice, I think! Employees come to work to make money. If you work seriously and there are overtime shifts available, you should take them; otherwise, what's the point of working? But I never expected that within the company, some supervisors would refuse to assign shifts whenever they were unhappy, clearly making it impossible for the boss's employees to earn a decent salary and forcing them to seek another path (resign). The salary is already too low, and there aren't even any overtime shifts available! It's ironic that the boss named the company “Jiabang (Overtime).” It would be embarrassing even if the boss changed......

Pros-

The company's scale and product market seem to be pretty good.

Cons-

The worst interview experience I've ever had. The interviewing manager was extremely disrespectful to the candidate, rolling their eyes and sneering several times during the interview. It was blatantly clear that they wanted someone willing to accept regularly working overtime until the early hours of the morning, taking on tasks beyond the scope of the position, and accepting low pay. I was interviewing for an administrative position, yet they asked me whether I could write code to help them build a platform (huh? Isn't that an IT person's job?)

Hakka spirit! So awesome.

A company with no advantages.

1. Poor salary and benefits.

2. There is no sense of cohesion whatsoever; the team is like a pile of loose sand.

3. Every year, employees are laid off. Those left behind are not the elite, because the managers, blinded by their own judgment, retain only flatterers, schemers, and mindless people. As an aside, the managers have extremely strong personal biases and cannot accept people who do not obey them!

I strongly urge ambitious young people not to board this pirate ship by mistake and cast an unfavorable shadow over their résumés.

After thinking for a long time, I temporarily can't think of any.

1. Salary, year-end bonus, and benefits are all relatively low, with no standout features.

2. The company's prospects... It would be a different story if Yageo were to make a move.

3. Meetings that are often held without purpose, affecting work efficiency.

4. Internal job titles often do not correspond well to the actual job content. The company has its own unique insights and methods for workforce control and deployment.

5. Many job openings remain posted for a long time.

P.S. Aspiring young people, perhaps you have better options. You may spend your youth here, yet your résumé and abilities may not necessarily improve, as mentioned in point four.
