Spacious individual workstation
The person training me is a woman.
Very self-centered and aloof.
Apparently, the people previously brought in to fill the vacancy and trained by her never lasted more than a month.
It is also said that she is having an office romance with her direct supervisor.
She constantly needs to work overtime until midnight.
She brings people in to fill the vacancy but does not put any effort into training them.
She often singles people out.
I advise everyone not to make the mistake of coming here.
You can get along very well by being a bad supervisor’s lackey.
Don’t go. Every manager, big or small, slacks off and looks for loopholes to get by, pushing all the work onto team members. It’s just a large family-run factory; it looks like it has systems, but in fact it doesn’t.
One month’s year-end bonus
The company has no systems or established procedures, and the colleague training me had a very poor tone and attitude. Colleagues have long been deceived regarding overtime pay, working over 100 hours of overtime per month. Work environment: The internal laboratory is very hot. If you do not pass the probationary period, the company is unwilling to terminate your employment and will trick you into signing a resignation form, telling you to resign voluntarily (the company’s attitude is very poor). They do not provide severance pay, and working overtime is routine.
1. NT$5,000 bonuses for the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, respectively
2. Overtime pay is provided
1. A family-run business. The departments within the company have no established work procedures. Senior management and junior supervisors do not value the development of employees’ capabilities. Junior supervisors also privately use verbal threats and intimidation in meeting rooms to manage employees and pressure them to leave.
None
Family-owned factory. They care about attitude, not ability. As soon as they find out you don't have the right attitude, they tell you to get lost.
