The company has no systems or established procedures, and the colleague training me had a very poor tone and attitude. Colleagues have long been deceived regarding overtime pay, working over 100 hours of overtime per month. Work environment: The internal laboratory is very hot. If you do not pass the probationary period, the company is unwilling to terminate your employment and will trick you into signing a resignation form, telling you to resign voluntarily (the company’s attitude is very poor).
