Never gives raises, and the bonuses are poor. There aren't even basic policies in place; everything is decided according to the preferences of the boss and supervisors. Revenue is poor, and it's unclear how long the company can keep going. A company that's already been around for twenty years still calls itself a startup that has no breast milk to drink.

Small company with a relaxed and flexible atmosphere

This company has no future. Its leadership is domineering and self-righteous. After more than 20 years, it still acts as though it were a startup. When things were going well, it refused to heed advice and did not know how to seize opportunities. When it began to decline, it made reckless moves, speculated repeatedly, and kept suffering setbacks, spending all the money it had made the year before. It then looked for another technological niche. Employees leave in one wave after another. Regardless of the field, its R&D consists merely of using other companies’ chips, making an exterior casing, generating some news, and creating a bit of publicity; in reality, none of its fields has been developed in depth. In the end, it moved into the niche of early-stage connected-car technology to survive. Once the technology takes off, it will be eliminated by others again. It does not understand how to keep its feet on the ground, and everything has been recklessly mishandled by this self-righteous Li. More than 15 years ago, Li was already drawing an exorbitantly high salary. There is no hope. I do not want newcomers to be misled into blindly subscribing to this company’s shares. Be extremely careful. The company even withdrew its own application for a public offering. The chairman and general manager both draw high salaries, yet their abilities and contributions are so ordinary. Take a look for yourself!!

The overall atmosphere is quite flexible and free. When you need to take time off, your supervisor won’t say much. Of course, taking more than a week of extended leave still needs to be discussed, but basically, as long as you avoid the busier periods, your supervisor won’t object.

There is also a certain standard of technical development, with plenty of room for independent growth.

V2X is a relatively new technology, so its development is more challenging and requires more considerations. It is also more difficult to address with clients because they generally do not know much about this technology.

It’s a small company with a small team, so the responsibilities are broader, but ample time is provided for learning. For long-term development, it’s better than being a small cog in a large company.

The company values long-term goals rather than seeking quick short-term results, and the working hours are very reasonable.

Managers expect work to be done efficiently. You may be criticized for working blindly through sheer effort, so people accustomed to working at large companies may find it difficult to adjust here.

Often, only the broad goals are defined, and you need to arrange your own schedule and plan the execution. Unlike at a large company, where you continually do similar tasks, this can feel unfamiliar at first and create more pressure.

The perspective is broad, and you can learn a lot and grow a lot.

I had an annual salary of one million as soon as I joined the company, and I received a 10% raise this year.

The working hours are very reasonable, and there is a good work-life balance.

The work environment is very good, with a spacious employee lounge offering a great view.

There is absolutely no overtime, and the manager does not put pressure on employees. However, the team’s technical capabilities are very strong, so keeping up may be somewhat challenging.

The salary is above average. It cannot match that of first-tier IC manufacturers, but it is higher than that of typical system companies. There are 14 months of guaranteed pay, plus quarterly bonuses.

The team is very small, and the manager has a clear view of everyone’s work, so it is not possible to work with the “free-rider” mentality common in system companies.

No vision, no perspective, no connections, and arrogant. Working here lets you watch shortsighted monkeys putting on a monkey show.

A few old-timers are incompetent yet love bullying others. They are extremely dissatisfied with the company but lack the ability to change jobs, so they can only highlight their own importance this way. How pathetic.

The company is constantly losing money, and there is no future in sight. Don’t get your hopes up.

Since downsizing, this company has long bullied employees with low salaries. Employees who take on multiple roles have never had opportunities for salary increases, and the company also deducts employees’ bonuses arbitrarily for various reasons, or even does not pay bonuses at all. It is a scourge on the technology industry.
