The written test at the first stage consisted of several pages entirely in English, and the result of the second interview (presumably rejection) was not communicated!
It is advisable not to waste time going to the interview.
The interviewer was friendly, and there was a written test.
The base salary for technicians is very low. There is an additional allowance for going out to sea, but the company is not very supportive… It is possible to have no work for an entire year and only receive the base salary…. I recommend going to another company with more stable prospects; otherwise, leave quickly once you have gained experience..

The interviewer and receptionist were extremely disrespectful. While I was giving my presentation, one interviewer was on his phone the entire time, while another interviewer was doodling in his notebook. I could even see that he was drawing butterflies, flowers, and plants. It was just a terrible company that completely wasted my time.
The interviewer for the engineering position was quite friendly. They looked like they were Zzz during the presentation, but were actually listening. However, they often interrupted the presentation to ask questions directly.
There were a bit too many interviews, and the process dragged on for quite a while. The people there seemed very busy.
1. Convenient transportation
1. High turnover
2. Severely understaffed, with a heavy workload
3. Weekly reports are required to be completed over the weekend
I can't see any advantages.
I attended an interview four years ago and then again four years later. The interview began with a written test, but its content had not changed at all over those four years, giving me the impression that the recruitment process had no intention of improving. The most recent time I received an interview invitation, the template email from 104 was very well written. However, when I called, no one in the entire company knew that someone had received an interview invitation and was coming for an interview. They even had to ask the interviewee for their name again, which clearly showed that they did not value other people's time at all.
Before going to the interview, I asked the company about the written test content, but they still knew nothing and said that the test questions were prohibited from being disclosed and that only an English written test could be taken. This is absurd. If they have no intention of allowing applicants to prepare, how are they supposed to determine whether a candidate is suitable for the position? If that is the case, then they should not send interview invitations in the first place! An interview is an opportunity for both sides to learn about and evaluate each other, so why recruit using such a backward approach?
After entering the interview, the supervisor immediately started yelling and slamming doors during a meeting!? I recommend not attending interviews at this company. Judging from the way they operate, it makes people feel that the positions have already been predetermined for insiders. If you want to do a good job developing wind power, start by getting the most basic respect for people right! It is truly laughable to have a company like this handle Taiwan's wind power development!!
