Three managers are involved in a single interview, and a second interview with the general manager is also required, but I had to wait for over an hour during the second interview…
When I first joined, I was repeatedly told to ask more questions, but when I did, I received no answers and was even met with a very poor attitude, such as responses like “I don’t understand why you have this kind of question” and “What do you think?” They were unwilling to properly train newcomers and expected them to be able to hit the ground running.

They knew the interviewee was employed, so attending the interview required taking leave. The interview was scheduled for Friday and then changed to Monday. Before the scheduled time, they called to say they had found someone and that there was no need to come for the interview. After taking two days off, I was completely played.

Terrible. A very terrible company.
Although the company is small, it is energetic.
However, HR proactively called to say that the manager had reviewed my résumé and invited me to an interview. After the interview, when I followed up, I was told that the manager had declined my application due to insufficient experience, wasting the applicant’s time.
