Not recommended. It’s a small company; excluding managers who only talk, there are barely any R&D staff, but people leave almost every year.
The salary isn’t high,
but it’s possible to maintain a balance between work and family life.
The workload is roughly from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. until leaving work.
The company expects everyone to work overtime past 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays,
but I only work overtime about 8 days a month.
The R&D team members are also very capable,
so there aren’t a bunch of bugs like at large companies.
Communication between people is also very direct, without any office politics.
