Pros
They are very short-staffed. If you have experience, they can offer a higher salary. That way, even if you are treated as disposable, at least you will have saved some money.
Cons
Not recommended. It’s a small company; excluding managers who only talk, there are barely any R&D staff, but people leave almost every year.
