This is the anguished account of an engineer who was outsourced and then outsourced again by HR Lynn (Lin) of X Fan Technology to work here. The company is located in Xinyi District and is easy to find using a map or navigation app.
I urge everyone considering applying to think twice! The interview process here is extremely chaotic.
After joining, there are essentially no benefits at all. The most frightening thing is that
there is no professional management system within the company; everything is decided by the supervisor. This supervisor never knows what she wants to do.
Every day, she thinks of something she wants to do, and often changes her mind completely a few hours later. The company has an endless number of absurd, ridiculous incidents:
Spider-Man appears in the office; employees have to handle the supervisor’s personal scallion pancakes; when the supervisor gets lost while driving, employees have to remotely navigate and give her directions.
Even more heartless, when someone previously took leave to attend the funeral of a person who had died of cancer, the company actually made things difficult and refused to grant the leave.
I really wonder how this company has managed to survive for more than 20 years. A bloodsucking company.
Because their activities never change at all—they simply copy and paste the previous year’s content. Whenever the supervisor feels that things have decreased or it is the end of the year,
that is when the old supervisor starts laying people off like crazy. Here, only unpaid overtime is considered the mark of a good employee.
The supervisor never has any idea what employees are busy with and believes that “if you’re not doing something for her, it doesn’t count as working.”
Whenever she sees employees working overtime, she becomes especially happy. She even cheerfully greets everyone and tells employees to keep busy and continue working overtime.
But as long as you are not helping her with her “side business,” she assumes that any employee she dislikes is just wasting time, and fires them within a few days.
This company is great. The median salary published by the Taiwan Stock Exchange is NT$1.08 million. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. There are even spring rolls for the Dragon Boat Festival. The RD manager here is also a very good person and taught me a lot, which made me increasingly proficient in Java. I later moved to another company and am very grateful for the manager’s guidance. I still remember that when I first joined, the manager told me that my “life would be very rough,” but my life has become smoother and smoother. I went from not knowing how to debug at all to now knowing how to handle JSON data, understand client requirements, install servers, package WAR files, write SQL, write API documentation,
visit clients, and work with Hibernate, Struts2, and jQuery. This helped me grow into a backend engineer. I highly recommend that newcomers submit their résumés here to gain experience.
The stock price can’t keep up with TSMC. The only recommendations are leveraged Taiwan 50 (00631L) and Uni-President FANG+.

A prestigious company
Follow the right boss and they’ll take you to heaven; follow the wrong boss and you’ll be in deep water and hot fire. It’s like a prime-time soap opera, complete with screenwriters, directors, and actors—an over-the-top spectacle laden with karmic burdens!
The company atmosphere is good, and it’s also very impressive.
With the right boss, they’ll take you to heaven; with the wrong boss, you’ll be in deep misery, just as the previous reviewers said.
The office is impressive.
As the other colleagues mentioned above, it really does feel that way.

Employees who have stayed for more than two years and are quality workers—not people who muddle through each day—will find that our company offers transparent promotion channels and practical career training. When changing jobs, 99% can find a higher salary for the same position.
Although overtime is the norm, your supervisor will stay with you until the very last second. Yes! No matter who the supervisor is, no one should even think about leaving work on time. Have you ever seen employees who work overtime until they feel inner peace and joy? Everyone here smiles as brightly as flowers.
As the saying goes, when your salary grows thinner, family ties grow thicker. No matter how bad the broader environment gets, Chung Fei Computer will never abandon a single colleague. While companies outside are laying people off or forcing unpaid leave every few days, Chung Fei Computer offers, at most, unpaid overtime and will absolutely never force you to take unpaid leave. Being mistaken for an uncompetitive civil servant when chatting with relatives during holidays is indeed a source of frustration.
The employee turnover rate is low. After completing one year, you can handwrite the words “senior” on your business card. University costs tens of thousands in tuition every semester, and what use is a higher education anyway? Come to Chung Fei Computer for further study, and you can even receive pocket money every month.
Single men, rejoice! From today onward, you will never be lonely again. Every time you look up, you will see countless single men working overtime alongside you.
Single women, rejoice! Your search for happiness starts here. Whether it is a car loan, a mortgage, or abnormal findings on a health examination, take your pick.
Couples, rejoice! A happy extended family awaits you here. You will work overtime on Valentine’s Day, on Christmas, and still work overtime on your wedding anniversary. Even if you forget your partner’s important days, you need not worry, because you are working overtime.
A truly happy company welcomes all newcomers to join.
The department had planned a 5-day, 4-night trip abroad (the company would subsidize NT$10,000, with the rest paid out of pocket).
Then the general manager said that, because of the Formosa Fun Coast incident, we could only take a 3-day, 2-night trip in Taiwan...
Wasn’t the Formosa Fun Coast incident itself the result of lax Taiwanese regulations?
If you don’t want us to travel abroad, at least come up with a better excuse........
Wouldn’t taking a Taiwanese tour bus for 3 days and 2 nights be even more dangerous...
Long-term excessive overtime, with no meals provided and no overtime pay.
