Two days before I took my annual leave, they arranged an interview with me for after the holiday and also sent me an interview notification email. However, on the day of the interview, the receptionist at the company had forgotten about it. She apologized somewhat and said that she had forgotten because she was too busy.
The interview ended very quickly. Although their attitude was normal, I personally felt that the interview was somewhat perfunctory. After the interview ended, the job posting was closed.
What I was more dissatisfied with was that I had taken a train early in the morning to attend the interview, yet they said they had forgotten. (When they called to notify me, they knew that I lived in another county or city, and it was also stated on my résumé.) I am not trying to criticize this company; I just felt somewhat unpleasant about the whole situation.
I am a former cleaner at TRA Xizhi Station.
It was simple work, and I often chatted with various station staff and passengers, which broadened my social experience.
A female team leader in her seventies treated employees very harshly, often shouting at them, and frequently lost control of her emotions.
She drove away quite a few employees. Even the TRA station staff and regular passengers had an extremely poor impression of her.
