Pros
I am a former cleaner at TRA Xizhi Station.
It was simple work, and I often chatted with various station staff and passengers, which broadened my social experience.
Cons
A female team leader in her seventies treated employees very harshly, often shouting at them, and frequently lost control of her emotions.
She drove away quite a few employees. Even the TRA station staff and regular passengers had an extremely poor impression of her.
