Read the community guidelines1. There is a monthly welfare allowance for enjoying afternoon tea.
2. The stormy period has passed; those who join in recent years can work with peace of mind.
1. Office politics are very serious. In the past few years, all the managers have been replaced in turn. When problems cannot be resolved, the blame is placed on people who have resigned, saying that they failed to hand things over properly or even made a mess and left behind a disaster (if you drove them away, how could you still expect them to hand anything over to you???).
2. Some people like to create conflicts between departments, believing that other departments are deliberately making things difficult and obstructing progress (after all, it is never their own problem).
3. Ability to get things done is not important; knowing how to curry favor with the right people is what matters most!
4. When they are displeased with you, all the efforts you have made are treated as worthless. In the blink of an eye, you can be forced out.
5. As in the previous anonymous review, regardless of the department, any manager has a way of forcing you to resign ^^
There are clubs.
1. The salary is average.
2. As the newest employee, I was ranked at the bottom in my performance review as soon as I joined. There is no fairness at all. (My supervisor said so himself and told me not to take it too seriously.)
3. The marketing department manager is extremely manipulative. To force subordinates to resign, they appear friendly on the surface but secretly engage in many underhanded tactics, such as using peer pressure, increasing the number of reports required, and taking credit for subordinates’ work. Be careful!
4. The manager even uses LINE to assign work on holidays.
