Read the community guidelines1. There isn’t really much to do; every now and then there’s a bunch of pointless busywork. 2. Salaries are paid on time.
1. Supervisors constantly monitor employees’ computers, and everything has to go through procedures and written approvals (they don’t want to shoulder responsibility and seek everyone’s endorsement), while nitpicking over minor details. 2. Supervisors are not industry professionals but insist on giving directions; when something goes wrong, they hide behind employees. 3. Supervisors frequently change their decisions (often contradicting themselves), make simple matters overly complicated, and cause rework. 4. Supervisors do not really trust employees (if you have no connections or referral, please do not join).
The environment is okay.
I interviewed for a distributor development position. The bonus system was unclear, and the sales staff are also required to use their own vehicles for business trips, with no fuel reimbursement or car allowance. New business development staff are also expected to produce results within two months. It feels like they are just looking for someone to blindly make cold calls and try their luck, with absolutely no system in place.
1. Colleagues get along well, and the office atmosphere is good
2. The pace of work is slow, so there is plenty of time to slack off and do your own things
3. Flexible working hours: 15 minutes per month (being late only counts from the 16th minute)
4. Very relaxed. You can sneak out to buy a cup of coffee and come back without anyone noticing that you were away
5. You can use Facebook and LINE at work
6. Leave work on time; no overtime
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary invested in by Taiwan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. I thought this rich parent company would be a strong and powerful backer.
I never expected that what would truly cause the company to collapse from behind the scenes would be Taiwan Fertilizer..........
Constantly parachuting in executives and constantly making grand promises
The chairman is replaced once a year, and then all the conditions promised the previous year are completely cut and revised
A few years ago, the company faced large-scale layoffs. The explanation was poor operations and insufficient cash flow.
Those who remained simply accepted the same workload and struggled on.
Last year, after finally working hard enough to achieve positive pre-tax earnings,
what we got in return was the company saying it would cut every employee’s salary by 10% and carry out layoffs (Taiwan Fertilizer has been scheming all along to drive Ta-Ho Maritime to the ground).
Although it was ultimately not implemented, this matter had already turned all the employees into a divided, disorganized group.
All I can say is: congratulations to Taiwan Fertilizer for achieving its goal! It has practically driven away all the employees.
Oh~ right, Ta-Ho Maritime’s employees are divided into two types: Taiwan Fertilizer people and Ta-Ho Maritime people.
One company, two systems, yet everyone still works together in the same office.
When Taiwan Fertilizer distributes three months of year-end bonuses, employees assigned to Ta-Ho Maritime receive 0.
That’s how strange it is~
If you’re still young, I sincerely urge you: absolutely! Absolutely! Don’t come here!
There are no salary increases or opportunities for promotion here. If you can, go to Taiwan Fertilizer instead of coming to Ta-Ho Maritime.
