Supervisors constantly monitor employees’ computers, and everything has to go through procedures and written approvals (they don’t want to shoulder responsibility and seek everyone’s endorsement), while nitpicking over minor details. 2. Supervisors are not industry professionals but insist on giving directions; when something goes wrong, they hide behind employees. 3. Supervisors frequently change their decisions (often contradicting themselves), make simple matters overly complicated, and cause rework. 4. Supervisors do not really trust employees (if you have no connections or referral, please do not join).
