Read the community guidelines1. There is a one-hour grace period for arriving at work; arriving before 10:00 does not count as being late.
2. There used to be a sample-garment sale where items were very cheap....
3. There used to be an employee-discount vending machine selling drinks and snacks.....
4. After completing six months with the company, you receive a travel allowance.
5. The company arranges health checkups depending on the year’s schedule.
6. There is a monthly birthday celebration, with one snack per person—fried chicken cutlets, sweet soup, and similar items.
7. There are many subsidiaries under the group; search for the Innovation New Retail Group yourself.
1. The link is provided; read it yourself.
(However, I will not comment on Ms. Chou’s statements. She has not been in charge for a long time, and I have never had contact with her. Although she is mentioned externally in connection with Tokyo Fashion, people outside the industry still assume that she is the owner....)

2. Overtime must be paid, and you have to report it to your supervisor! Oh, right— the first half-hour after the end of your shift cannot be counted as overtime!
3. When there are few employees, the company may move to save on rent. Update the company’s latest location yourself; it can be found on Google anyway. (If you like working at different locations, this could be an advantage?)
4. If you have no connections, you cannot be picky about your work.
It has been a long time since the company publicly posted job openings on employment websites. If they ever have the money to hire again and you happen to see this and still want to come, let me call you a warrior, then softly sing you a song~
Just be mentally prepared. In any case, if you are unfortunately laid off, you can still receive severance pay; just don’t mind having a very short work history.
The office is bright and clean. The supervisor said that overtime is not very common.
After the interview, I did not receive any notification even though I was not hired. HR stated that there are only 12 months of annual salary with no year-end bonus, but there is a travel allowance.
The elevator is fast, commuting to work is convenient, and some people are friendly
Some people are very problematic because they have it too easy
Everyone only wants to do things their own way, making it difficult to reach a consensus
The managers' professional abilities are extremely inadequate
I actually keep wondering whether this company is just burning money
None at all
They clearly sent the notification themselves.
I replied to 104 as well, but they did not proactively contact me or respond to confirm.
In the end, they said the position was no longer hiring and thanked me for applying.
I never applied in the first place—it was basically just messing with me. This company is extremely disrespectful to people.
There were also suspicions that they had copied another vendor’s content on their official website before. It’s just as well not to go.
There is an elevator
The company is basically an assortment of various groups
No year-end bonus
Just like in that post about casual chatting,
someone with a big mouth says one thing but does another; they’re best at slacking off
They’re basically here just to cause trouble
Good environment, fast elevators, convenient transportation, flexible working hours, lots of good food nearby, and most colleagues are nice.
No year-end bonus, again.
Asked vendors for competitors’ patterns to make samples, yet required the vendors not to leak the patterns.
Copied competitors; directly used competitors’ images in meeting presentations.
The art supervisor doesn’t know how to use Photoshop.
Likes holding meetings but never reaches any conclusions.
The practical test is only half an hour, during which you need to lay out one image and edit another.
