東京著衣國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. There is a one-hour grace period for arriving at work; arriving before 10:00 does not count as being late.

2. There used to be a sample-garment sale where items were very cheap....

3. There used to be an employee-discount vending machine selling drinks and snacks.....

4. After completing six months with the company, you receive a travel allowance.

5. The company arranges health checkups depending on the year’s schedule.

6. There is a monthly birthday celebration, with one snack per person—fried chicken cutlets, sweet soup, and similar items.

7. There are many subsidiaries under the group; search for the Innovation New Retail Group yourself.

Cons

1. The link is provided; read it yourself.

(However, I will not comment on Ms. Chou’s statements. She has not been in charge for a long time, and I have never had contact with her. Although she is mentioned externally in connection with Tokyo Fashion, people outside the industry still assume that she is the owner....)

2. Overtime must be paid, and you have to report it to your supervisor! Oh, right— the first half-hour after the end of your shift cannot be counted as overtime!

3. When there are few employees, the company may move to save on rent. Update the company’s latest location yourself; it can be found on Google anyway. (If you like working at different locations, this could be an advantage?)

4. If you have no connections, you cannot be picky about your work.

It has been a long time since the company publicly posted job openings on employment websites. If they ever have the money to hire again and you happen to see this and still want to come, let me call you a warrior, then softly sing you a song~

Just be mentally prepared. In any case, if you are unfortunately laid off, you can still receive severance pay; just don’t mind having a very short work history.
