4. In some departments, middle managers who want to get by comfortably, have conservative working styles, and do not want to pursue breakthroughs or innovation make up a high proportion.
[Management and Workplace Atmosphere]
1. In some departments, the overall workplace atmosphere is extremely poor because junior assistant managers are not good at dealing with people and situations.
2. In some departments, middle managers know the reasons for the high turnover rate but have no countermeasures.
3. In some departments, part-time workers and people doing military service have nearly outnumbered full-time employees.
