Do not come to this company for a supply chain-related position. There are a huge number of systems, and every little thing has to be requested through a different system, which is extremely painful. When you cannot get hold of anyone, the company's customer service will only throw a large SOP at you. There are only two types of people at this company: those who have been there a long time and are very good at dodging responsibility, and those who work seriously but are so busy they work day and night. The former will push everything onto others, while the latter are often so busy that they have terrible tempers, so you have to keep chasing them repeatedly and be extremely careful. The entire company's management is a complete mess; only its appearance is good.

She behaved improperly at her previous company. I really don't know how the company let her in.
I advise job seekers and colleagues around her to be careful of this kind of person!
The company is large enough that you can hold class reunions or get-togethers there. There are many departments with open positions, so you can learn from good examples in other departments and countries. Also, even if you work overtime until midnight, the doors will not be locked, so you can focus on completing your projects. Turnover is not low, and there are more and more contract employees, so there are fairly good opportunities for promotion. Finally, the crappy positions are immediately filled by next year’s management trainees, and the rotation system is pretty good.
Basically, they just don’t pay enough... You always have to work overtime to get things done. You also have no choice but to answer when clients’ procurement departments call.
