No matter what position you're applying for, don't come here—I’m serious.
The same goes for interns: if you come here, you'll first have several months wasted working as an operator. I personally seriously believe that you really can't learn anything as an operator. You may be told that it's to familiarize you with the company environment first, but your internship is only a few months anyway. Don't waste your time; you deserve a better choice.

The boss is extremely stingy, and the company is constantly afraid of being reported!! Two of the supervisors have issues; neither is married, and they are extremely servile. One discriminates against men, likes to publicly humiliate people, and displays other obnoxious behavior (there’s a reason they’re single). You have to go to Qingshui and Wuqi to intern as an operator!! Lunch is shared dishes! Bring your own plate. Overtime is only available with a supervisor’s approval!!! If you leave work too punctually, you’ll be told that you’re creating a sense of distance from others!!
