Pros

There are employee trips (the itineraries are too expensive, so you have to pay out of pocket), family days, department dinners, and year-end bonuses. I can't think of any other advantages.

No matter what position you're applying for, don't come here—I’m serious.

The same goes for interns: if you come here, you'll first have several months wasted working as an operator. I personally seriously believe that you really can't learn anything as an operator. You may be told that it's to familiarize you with the company environment first, but your internship is only a few months anyway. Don't waste your time; you deserve a better choice.
