The work environment varies, and the boss treats employees harshly. He only makes empty promises, outlining a whole host of visions and measures that will never be realized or implemented. This is especially true for quality assurance staff, whom he treats like dogs! He completely dislikes QA.
There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, no performance bonuses, and the year-end bonus is only half a month’s salary. Internally, everything is chaotic and there are no established systems; overtime is paid at only 1.33 times the regular rate. It is not suitable for staying long-term or pursuing long-term development. Anyone considering joining should think twice.

It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had interviewing at a company. Even the HR representative who interviewed me later left the company. I can only say that unless you have a connection with the boss, you probably don’t need to go.
