An unbelievably outrageous company
Completely inconsiderate of its employees
The boss only listens to those around him who are good at making reports
The managers simply don't know how to do their jobs
They just occupy their positions
The managers are basically all parachuted in from outside
Entry-level employees have no chance of getting promoted
