Just a few days after the interview with the supervisor, HR notified me that I had been hired and arranged a start date. Less than two weeks into the job, a senior executive came to inspect the office, found that there were too many employees, and immediately ordered downsizing—and it was not limited to just one person.
During the meeting with HR, they kept persuading me to transfer to another department, saying that I could learn many, many things. But who knows whether, after transferring, I might once again be told after only a few days that they did not need so many people?
In short, the overall system is chaotic; senior management does whatever it wants.

Based on my experience there four or five years ago, it is not suitable for young people who genuinely want to learn CNC. There are roughly three reasons:
1. Even if you learn quickly and apply what you have learned, the salary and benefits are still just as poor.
2. If you have no experience at all (or are not a graduate of a relevant field), you will spend even more time learning because no one will teach you. Don’t expect the veterans to help you; it is already a blessing if they merely refrain from talking behind your back.
3. Management consists entirely of managing by talking.
It is not even worth treating as a place to hone your skills. I sincerely do not recommend it.
1. Meals are cooked by a company employee (NT$50 deducted per meal). Ordering outside food or drinks and going out to eat are not allowed (military-style training).

1. The basic starting salary for new employees is NT$21,400 (NT$99 per hour).
2. The insured salary for labor and health insurance is not based on the basic salary (a bunch of allowances are added to the insured salary).
3. Except for on-site technical staff, employees in all other departments cannot apply for overtime pay or compensatory leave.
4. Other allowances are included in the salary agreed upon at the beginning, rather than being additional bonuses; allowances are deducted when taking leave.
