Read the community guidelines1. A company with no systems; the salary is pitifully low, and getting promoted is very difficult.

As long as you're willing to do it, you can report overtime and compensatory leave as you please.
You only have the authority to submit claims; somehow, you'll find that the hours you clocked are discounted, and the hourly overtime pay is even lower than that of a convenience store part-time job.

After discussing things with the manager, we confirmed the salary (which was on the low side), and both sides had no issues. They said they would submit my application and asked me to wait for news!
I waited for three weeks... Then, in the fourth week, I called to ask about it. HR didn't know anything and told me to contact the hiring department directly. However, whenever I called the extension, either no one answered or an assistant picked up and then said they were busy... After calling several times, it really felt like they were avoiding me?
Would it have been so difficult to spend one minute telling me whether I got the job, or even make up a reason to say I wasn't suitable?
Is it really that difficult to show job applicants some respect?
