The interview included a written test, an English logic test, and so on, but they weren't difficult!

The manager seemed like a pretty nice person, but looked very tired~!

After discussing things with the manager, we confirmed the salary (which was on the low side), and both sides had no issues. They said they would submit my application and asked me to wait for news!

I waited for three weeks... Then, in the fourth week, I called to ask about it. HR didn't know anything and told me to contact the hiring department directly. However, whenever I called the extension, either no one answered or an assistant picked up and then said they were busy... After calling several times, it really felt like they were avoiding me?

Would it have been so difficult to spend one minute telling me whether I got the job, or even make up a reason to say I wasn't suitable?

Is it really that difficult to show job applicants some respect?
