Petty people are in power, with authority but no responsibility.
The division of responsibilities and authority between departments is unclear.

General Manager Kuo, who couldn’t lead people, has been replaced; a company that isn’t viewed favorably
After leaving, your new company will praise you, asking how you can be so hardworking and resilient—it’s truly incredible.
Product: Poorly designed. No matter how it is modified, the only result is that it looks a little better. It meets standard inspections, but immediately deteriorates once shipped. There was even a product with an RMA rate of 100%—every unit shipped came back.
Production line: The assembly procedures are outdated, and the processes are simple—basically at the level of home-based assembly work. If you can tighten screws, you can do the job. Improvements to the assembly procedures proposed by engineers are completely ignored.
Supervisors: They are all two-faced. They put on one face with the production line, but become instantly submissive when facing senior management in meetings. According to an engineer who resigned, his supervisor took the data and diagrams of defects in mechanical components to a meeting to argue with the supplier, but still lost the argument. Completely incompetent.
Overseas assignments: The allowance for assignments to the United States is US$30 per day. Even the Mexican laborers who mow weeds in the yards outside earn more per day than you do.
The company has been established for over twenty years, with products distributed worldwide, making it suitable for ambitious and outstanding talent. The headquarters is located in the United States, and elite challengers are welcome to take on opportunities in the U.S. and develop new products alongside world-class R&D teams. Mr. Kuo, who held a concurrent position for only one year last year, has already left. Whether to believe anonymous online reviews is entirely up to each individual. Those who dare to take on challenges and have the last laugh are the winners.
The company is fairly large, so those with average abilities need to build up their performance over the long term.
General Manager Kuo does not know how to lead people. Rather than working for a good company, it is better to find a good boss. General Manager Kuo came from the Mechanical Engineering Division of the Industrial Technology Research Institute. The company does not make much money; I do not recommend working yourself to the bone there.
An extremely terrible company that shows employees very little respect. If you have a choice, I strongly advise against it.
