台灣保來得股份有限公司
Pros

1. The company’s core policies are fairly clear, and the rank-and-file hierarchy is reasonably strict. You may want to head toward B, but when the higher-ups order you to go toward A, you just do it.

2. Turnover is not high, and there are many long-term employees with deep technical expertise and experience in the industry. It’s the powder metallurgy leader in Taiwan!

3. Although the company’s performance has declined, it is still fairly stable and does not lay people off casually.

Cons

1. Some senior players are just waiting to retire with their jerseys hung up; whenever something comes up, they are very good at kicking it away. Why not accept your role and go roll away yourself?

2. The degree of informatization and digitization is low, and paper documents are everywhere. Sometimes, looking for information or retrieving data is an entirely different story.

3. The company culture and industry model are relatively conservative, while daily work is oriented toward performance, production capacity, and supervisors’ goals. If you want to learn broadly applicable cross-industry skills or keep up with new information, you may need to do more self-study after work.

4. The worksite is relatively hot and humid, so you may very well end up with dirty hands and face, sweating profusely all day.

Pros

1. I heard that it complies with the Labor Standards Act.

2. Stable...

Cons

1. It seems the company has many orders and is making good money, with regular overtime. You may also have to work on Saturdays and national holidays, but the starting salary is not high.

2. In the metal processing industry, if you work on-site, you may need to lift heavy objects.

3. You may need to ask more questions to clarify the atmosphere in the department...
