There is no air conditioning in the workplace, but there is ventilation and a large fan ~ It’s noisy because of the machines and fans ~ The pay is extremely low ~ When there are orders, you need to work overtime according to the schedule (whether you work overtime depends on how smoothly the production line runs; if you finish early, you can shorten the overtime and leave work early) ~ If you cannot work overtime, applying is not recommended ~ If you work slowly or react poorly, this job is also not suitable for you (because you will be ostracized after being hired) ~ The machines are all antique-level and have many problems ~ The company does not provide meals, so you need to arrange your own food (a water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave are provided)

At the first plant, HR conducted the interview and had me fill out basic information. Their attitude was good. At the second plant, the supervisor conducted the interview, and their attitude was good as well. If I am accepted, they will notify me to return to the first plant to collect the required documents from HR. They also explained that the salary is quite low. Work ends at 4 p.m.

The factory is hot and has a sheet-metal roof, but large fans provide ventilation. The environment is noisy. If production is not finished by the end of the workday, overtime may be required. People who are sensitive to heat may need to consider this, especially in summer. It is very hot. Work starts at 7:30 a.m., but it feels like everyone is already in position and starting work by 7:25.

The “Mechanical Draftsperson” position only pays 27K. The résumé information required is also very simple and straightforward.
