Workplace reviews and discussion: 中台興化學工業股份有限公司

Knock off work at 4 p.m. ~ You need to work quickly (the production line moves continuously) ~ Have good reactions (there are many sudden machine-related situations), so it’s easy to adapt ~ The benefits are fairly good, with an annual bonus of at least one month’s salary ~ Many other bonuses ~ After becoming a full-time employee, you can purchase company products at a discount every month ~ Colleagues often treat each other to drinks ~ Colleagues are generally easy to get along with, but your abilities can’t be too poor, otherwise you’ll cause trouble for your coworkers ~

There is no air conditioning in the workplace, but there is ventilation and a large fan ~ It’s noisy because of the machines and fans ~ The pay is extremely low ~ When there are orders, you need to work overtime according to the schedule (whether you work overtime depends on how smoothly the production line runs; if you finish early, you can shorten the overtime and leave work early) ~ If you cannot work overtime, applying is not recommended ~ If you work slowly or react poorly, this job is also not suitable for you (because you will be ostracized after being hired) ~ The machines are all antique-level and have many problems ~ The company does not provide meals, so you need to arrange your own food (a water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave are provided)
