Read the community guidelinesThe boss treats employees very well, and the company's performance has continued to grow steadily. The company is generous with salaries and various benefits, always prioritizing its employees. It is very people-oriented. Personally, I think it is a good company worth developing with over the long term.

The person joined the company during the pandemic. Upon onboarding, the company took out epidemic insurance for every employee. This was a significant personal benefit, because not every company is willing to do this (the company absorbed the premiums itself). Even if an employee contracted the disease after leaving the company, they could still apply for compensation from the property and casualty insurer. As for some comments saying that the salary and benefits are poor, I would like to speak up for the company on this point: whether employees can receive the company's benefits depends entirely on whether they are conscientious, responsible, and loyal to their duties. The company has already appeared more generous than other companies. If you cannot achieve good performance yourself, you should not rush to berate the company; instead, you should reflect on whether you have normally been slacking off and shirking your work.
If business is busy (such as conducting inspections before concrete pouring or completing preparatory work before a supervisory audit), employees must work overtime beyond normal hours. I recommend that the company provide appropriate overtime allowances when warranted to recognize employees' hard work.

I absolutely do not recommend joining this company and wasting your time. Managers always think their subordinates’ work is not good enough, and they care more about the details of their subordinates’ work than their own management responsibilities.

Six days off per month; even when there are national holidays, additional days off are not necessarily granted. Frequent overtime work with no overtime pay. Office supplies, stationery, tools, and equipment at the construction site office are severely lacking. The computers are also not very usable, so you have to update and repair them yourself. Headquarters believes it can transfer employees at will without consulting them. It does not take employees’ commuting issues into consideration and provides no subsidies. If you are considering joining this company, it is recommended that you prepare yourself mentally in advance.
