Read the community guidelinesThe café environment is very good.
The job description is different from what was actually stated. They advertised 8-hour workdays, saying overtime would be arranged as needed, but they would claim that this was part of group life and force you to work overtime—classic workplace PUA. In reality, it would become roughly 12-hour workdays, so the advertised two days off per week was not true, and you might rarely get both Saturday and Sunday off. They also said that most manufacturing and production companies are like this. Sure—most of the companies I had previously worked for did not force you to work overtime; only you do. In conclusion, you keep working overtime from Monday through Saturday. So far, it seems that (they also won't take you to see the actual workplace
The company environment seems good, but I don't know what it's really like internally.
Absolutely terrible! A constant waste of both parties' time.
You go to the interview at the inconvenient time set by the company, only to find that the manager who was originally scheduled to interview you isn't there. Instead, someone from another department fills in, and afterward they tell you to wait for further notice.
When you finally receive the notice, you're asked to interview again because they say this manager is interested in you. Then that manager is late as well, which is extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.
There was nothing wrong with the conversation in the middle, but as soon as salary was discussed, they began belittling your past experience and then offered an insulting amount, telling you to think it over. They even had the nerve to say that the minimum possible raise based on performance would be only NT$500, while the maximum still wouldn't reach the salary range listed on 104 Job Bank. So, was that listing just for fun?

A job description covering everything, yet they can only offer NT$28,000–35,000? A company with NT$400 million in capital has salaries like this—is something wrong with them??
